Fires... round 2

Can you believe it? We had to leave our home for the second time within a month... ugh. But looking at the bright side, we are all ok and our house is still here! So thank you God for that! We had a great time at the Wagner's and are so grateful they could take us in :) The fire started down the street from us (as you'll see in the night picture below), but by tonight, it has moved to the other side of the mountain and we are home safe breathing clean air again! yea!

Rainy Day

We are enjoying the rainy day today (we don't get too many of them out here!) and Nevaeh was outside playing in the rain... then she looked down at the rain running down the gutter and said "Mom, where is the rain going?" Then she watched it go down the street and shouted "bye rain! bye rain!" and the highlight of the whole day was when the rain stopped, she demanded that I make more.
